These guidelines have been implemented to curb excessive and abusive behaviors.

Occupancy: Each campsite has a maximum capacity of 6 people and 2 camping units (1 camper & 1 tent). Anything more requires another site. Sites are limited to 2 motorized vehicles each - All of your possessions must fit on your site.
Considerations: In order to maintain a family atmosphere, quiet time is enforced between the hours of 10:30pm and 9:00am. Children should be on the campsite by 10:00pm. Outside music/TV is permitted from 9am till 8pm and should not be heard past your site. Loud music or noisy gatherings will not be permitted, at any time. No generators!
Visitors: Persons visiting registered guests, will be charged $5.00, advanced notice required. Visiting hours are 11:00am till 9:00pm. Anyone staying past will be charged as an overnight guest (See fee schedule). All visitors must check in at the office and park their vehicle in the designated "Visitor Parking" area (by the store) before proceeding to your campsite. Non compliance may result in removal from the park. Due to insurance regulations, visitor pets are not allowed! Fishing is permitted for registered guests only, exceptions can be made for visitors ages 16 and under, contact the office for details.
Parking: is limited to your own site, extra vehicles should be parked in visitor parking (by the office) - For consideration of all our guests, Motorcycles are to be parked in the visitor parking area, only!!
Vehicles: Golf Carts must have functioning head lights and brake lights as well as insurance (proof required) - Only licensed drivers on motorized vehicles within the park - All passengers must be in DOT approved seating - The posted speed limit is 5 mph, existing road rules apply - No motorized vehicles allowed on the trails - Vehicle maintenance is not allowed on the sites - We encourage the use of bicycles within the park, please consider the following: remain on the roads or trails at all times, all activity must be performed in a safe manner, at no time should they be left lying around the campground, all road rules apply - rider safety equipment is at the discretion of parent/guardian.
Pets: We are pet friendly park with no breed restrictions, although we do require prior notice of type and breed. Any loud/overly protective/aggressive animals should remain at home. Animals that misbehave, prompt removal by the owner is required. It is the owners responsibility to pick up after their pet and dispose of properly. All animals must be registered and tagged at the office upon check-in and paperwork should be available if requested. All buildings are pet free zones. When outdoors, animals must be leashed (6') and controlled at all times -
Substances: Alcohol is permitted at the campsites and recreation hall during special events - There is to be no conspicuous consumption - Excessive use will not be tolerated - Under age drinking or drug use will not be tolerated - We reserve the right to remove you from your campsite without any refund - All buildings are smoke free zones.
Beach/Water/Boats: Due to safety regulations, lake hours are dawn to dusk - All water crafts on the lake must be Coast Guard approved - because we have no boat launch, all water crafts must be portaged to the lake by hand - row boats (12' max), paddle boats, canoes and kayaks ($5/day) - Electric trolling motors only - Coast Guard approved flotation devices must be present in boats at all times (subject to inspection) - Boats are to remain outside the beach and swimming area and docked at the main docks (next to the swim area) - No life guard is provided/swim at your own risk - For your own safety, no swimming across the lake - Due to the nature of the water inflatables, the risk of injury is possible, supervision is recommended at all times and there is a total weight limit of 800 pounds - No fishing in the beach area - No glass on the beach - Fishing is for registered guests only and is "Catch & Release".
Waste/Trash Management: The dumpster is for registered guests and is only for trash generated at the campground - Trash/debris should not be scattered about the campsite - Cigarette butts should be disposed of properly.
Firewood: is prohibited from being transported into the campground, this includes construction type lumber - Hardwoods are available for purchase at the camp store during regular store hours, delivery stops at 8:00pm - Trimming/cutting trees on the property is prohibited. One fire ring per site, no stacking of fire rings. Gathering of fallen branches for kindling is prohibited without permission.
Other Information: No weapons (Open Carry, Firearms, Bow & Arrows, Sling Shots, Blow Darts, ...) or fireworks (includes sparklers) allowed in the park. No external refrigerators - No metal detectors - The activity center closes at 8pm unless otherwise posted. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior. Management has the right to refuse admittance or service to anyone.
Liability: This property, being privately owned, the guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Bluegill Lake Family Camping Resort, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the party arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
